Anne Hletko, PA-C

Anne joined Appleton Cardiology Associates in June 2000. She received her physician assistant degree from the University of Wisconsin–LaCrosse (in conjunction with Gunderson Lutheran Medical Foundation and Mayo School of Health-Related Sciences). She has been working in cardiology since becoming board-certified by the NCCPA in November 1998. She serves as the chair of the Professional Practice Committee of the Wisconsin Academy of Physician Assistants (WAPA). Anne also has a bachelor degree in microbiology and molecular biology from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. Until 1996, she worked as a research technologist at the Blood Center of Southeastern Wisconsin, where she studied the human immune system's development and response to organ and bone marrow transplants. Outside of work, Anne enjoys reading, cooking, biking, camping and spending time at her family cottage "up north."
